Structure features

    It is of the combination of mechanics and electronics, A-shaped frames made by square steel tube. The stand automatically traverses to the left or right to keep the conductor being paid off in a central position. Drum lifting and open-closing devices are driven by AC motors.

    The main drive of the pay-off is driven by a 7.5 kW DC motor, through a gearbox speed reducer, and is controlled by a 4-quadrant reversible controller. The DC driver is 590 series made by Eurotherm British.

    The stands movement, through a speed reducer, is driven by a AC motor, which moves a distance of one pitch when the drum makes a turn, according to the conductor diameter.
